It seems like a rather niche thing that doesn't have a ton of precedent and isn't really needed.
People want to drink at the games because they already drank at the games. And when they go to MLB, NFL, etc. games, they buy beer there. It's just normalizing something that was already happening. And normal people partake and are strongly in support.
Is there any real need/push for on-site gambling at CFB venues? I think gambling is a vice but I'm not passionately against it (and partake for sport periodically). But the push to expand gambling seems like something that is well addressed with online gaming. Anyone passionate about needing on-site gambling at a stadium strikes me as a likely degenerate.
