It was about as evenly called as the last time we played in BWA. I know LSU fouls a lot, I watched both there games against UT. I also know Arkansas fouls a lot as I watched the entire UT game in BWA. Issue is that there was clear and obvious misses in both the LSU and UT game in BWA that raises a lot of eye brows. We not talking about 1 game. We talking about multiple games against Multiple teams that seem to have the same complaints about playing in BWA. I will not sit here and say Williams isn’t good, but I am curious to how many drawn charges he has at home compared to neutral sites and road games?

I mean I don't know the total but he has had plenty on the road as well.
He is at that point now that he gets favorable calls because of the label he has now and refs tend to reward players that put themselves in those positions.
The charge/block call is overall pretty bad in college basketball, along with home/away reffing

Yet Notae being 5/18 is “off”.

Do you not agree that there were also missed calls against LSU?

There’s missed calls every game. But none of them in LSU’s favor were remotely as critical nor decided the game.

Hey, I missed you last night.

Did you not see the Kentucky game in TBA. That is a really good Kentucky team we beat by 10. Also we had a very good Arizona team down most of the game by double digits. Arizona was down at one point by like 15 points. Auburn was down by double digits towards end of the game. It would not be a surprise to see Arkansas Laos by double digits considering they are not the teams Auburn. Kentucky or Arizona is.

The last time y'all played in BWA we shot 22 FTs to y'all's 18, so 2 more trips to the line and we won by ten with y'all scoring a whopping 48 points. That's actually pretty even. It's also pretty pitiful how you're implying that there are obvious misses that solely benefit Arkansas. You're using an n=2 and acting like you're uncovering some deep conspiracy in favor of Arkansas. You watched 2 games, one absolutely unobjectively which played into how you perceived the second game. Get outta here with your bullshite.

Christ almighty. You are going to see the EXACT same shite on Saturday but this time they will go against Arkansas. That’s part of homecourt advantage. I suspect most Vol fans will not have the same type of issue with it being their team benefiting.

You would’ve scored a whopping 50 points and won by single digits if UT didn’t start intentionally fouling at the end. What’s your point?

Is this the first time you've watched Notae?
Would you call 5-18 shooting "on"? He comes out and is either on fire or not, but he's gonna jack them up regardless. Only wish he would recognize a cold night and distribute the ball.

I mean Arkansas did in fact beat Auburn and Kentucky. But we can ignore that if you want

I only watch Arkansas when it’s a game I think they might lose and we’re not on.
Posted on 3/3/22 at 11:26 am to ArmyHogs
So did TN. At home. We aren’t better than either team.

So basically officiating had zero to do with us winning despite the numerous claims stating otherwise. Thanks for clarifying.

You beat a depleted Kentucky roster. Arkansas is good ????. But I wonder how much of there stats are inflated by BWA alone?

I understand getting super star treatment when it’s deserved. But I have seen Williams draw charges where he was in the restricted zone, move under a player after he was done in the air. Williams had 2 against LSU where he moved 2-3 feet up under a player after he was already in the air. He had 2 more and 1 where his feet was in rescteicted area against UT. I’m sure if you replay all his charges you will find more like these.

I agree that there is missed calls in every game for both teams. But I’m talking about the obvious ones like being in the restricted circle and drawing a charge or moving under a player after player is in the air. I’m also talking about the Arkansas player that saved a ball from going out of bounds in the UT game where the Arkansas player had both feet out of bounds by 4 feet and jumped in the air and when he caught ball threw it off the UT player but he was already out of bounds before he jumped. This play happened right in front a ref at that. There was a video of it. Those are the calls that I’m talking about. And it just so happened to be in BWA and multiple teams complain about the same thing when they come to BWA.
