I mean I want Jabari to go 1 but i can understand the hesitancy in taking a guy shooting less than 45% from 2 point range. Some of this is due to him taking some tough post shots, but it’s very clear that he has a legit weakness as a finisher around the rim. However, all of the big three prospects have weaknesses and overall the class is pretty weak at the top as the top 3 guys in this class would probably be closer to top 5 in another class, so teams may lean a bit more towards a mixture of NBA readiness and potential which I do think Jabari has the best mix of. I really do worry about his finishing though.

I think Jabari has both the highest floor and highest ceiling in this class. Obvious concerns with his ball handling and ability to finish through contact around the rim but those are things you can grow into. KD and Brandon Ingram are good examples he can look to in that regard.
You can’t teach his shooting ability, you can’t teach his natural defensive ability, and you can’t teach his competitive fire. That’s why he will go 1 or at worst 2.
