Just insert a last minute policy where you can fire somebody because they didn't cooperate with your

Whatever Auburn it's paying their lawyers, they need to ask for a refund. It's hard to think a lawyer would let something this stupid out the door.
You can't implement a policy and expect people on vacation to be aware of it. Auburn just going full retard now.
