Did you pay for the tix or did the company pay? If it’s the latter, you didn’t take them, the company did. I have to laugh when some douche bag says “so and so works for me” even though they both work for a company. If you don’t sign their checks, they don’t work for you.

As a Senior VP of a Fortune 500 corporation at the time, my budget was hit with the cost of the tickets, corporate jet, hotel and meals/entertainment. So yeah, the company paid for it in the end, but without my invite they wouldn't have gone to the game. And BTW grammatically challenged troll, I have little doubt that this here "douce" has paid more in taxes in a single day than you have made in lifetime earnings. Now, any more words of wisdom Einstein?
