This series felt familiar like the last two supers we've played in where it was just exchanging blowouts. We actually came out on top this time, which is nice.

Dougherty looks great, I hope he can keep his momentum going forward.

Auburn looked like a much different team in the beginning and throughout Game 2 than game 1 or 3. Even before they got ahead by 2 touchdowns, they seemed to be aggressively messing with our pitchers and had a lot of confidence. Did not seem to have that attitude in the other two games. I also appreciated that after games 1 and 2, we stopped pitching to that big arse 1B.

Overall, good to bounce back. Still think Diamond needs to be bullpen and have someone else take the Sunday reins, moving Dougherty to Friday/Saturday.

This, he has all the talent but is a text book example of a snowflake that can’t handle any adversity.
