Harsin has 2-3 more years to figure it out, but thats not true. He probably has to win 8 games to keep his job and the worse recruiting gets that number goes up. IF he wins those games he might get those years, but 7 wins or less and he's out.

Short of the team imploding or video of harsin with a dead girl or live boy, harsin is back next year.

Agreed! If the powers that be pony up millions of $$$ to fire Harsin before his contract ends but are not willing to pony up millions for NIL, then they are the real problem keeping AU down.

Less than ideal recruiting class, little booster support, losing record, bad recruiting class.. and you think its likely that he's back without having to win 8 games? I have no idea how anyone could think that.

What is your definition of imploding?

If Harsin wins 6 or fewer he’s gone. The recruiting class will be bad (or not good enough, at best), pretty much guaranteed at this point. He still won’t have booster support. New President, lame duck AD.

Very little suggests that Harsin has any guarantees of being back next year. It’s unfortunate how this has all gone down, but ultimately Harsin will live or die by his results (on the field and in recruiting). Year 1 was a bust in both.
