It’s funny you say this because I was reading your responses before this and my exact thought was the complete opposite.

You’re falling into the trap most people do after we fire a coach of blame everything on the last coach and refuse to objectively evaluate the new one.

There is nothing about recruiting at this point where you can definitively say Harsin > Gus.

I can see your point. There is nothing any of us can do about Harsin rn. We are stuck with him probably for a min of 2-3 more seasons. I am looking for positives. Gus is my baseline because he was our last coach and there is some pieces from his program we are dealing with. I just don't think it is realistic to expect this staff to pull elite top 100 talent at this point. If we are assuming Harsin stays and is successful at AU, he is going to have to develop 3* type guys and show he is a good coach. Maybe I am not in panic mode because my bar for Harsin isn't very high rn.
