Who still thinks Tua is the problem in Miami?

My guy Tua got dropped in a toxic situation and he's still handled himself very well on and off the field. This is a testament to his family and his belief in God. God reveals all in time.

Lot of respect to him and Waddle for handling this. I wouldn't be shocked if Tua doesn't ask for trade by summer.

Tua has been treated like shite since he was drafted. Flores was a total prick. The locker room sounds like it has a cancer in it...you never see players bashing their own QB... especially a young one. It's probably Xavian Howard.
I still say Tua can be a top 10 QB if they get him a decent OL, just an average running game and a dependable WR to pair with Waddle.

Racial discrimination because he was actually hired as a head coach? What an idiot. Why hire a minority when they'll just sue you later for discrimination if you fire them? The "Rooney Rule" forces teams to interview multiple minority candidates...which is obviously racist on its face and is a joke. What next... losing draft picks if you hire a white coach? Are they going to apply these "equitable representation" rules to team rosters?
As for the other... just Google Tua's name and it'll come up. One of his teammates "anonymously" said he was wasting his career in Miami with Tua as QB. You just don't hear of teammates talking about their QB like that.

Flores also said the Dolphins owner told him they would pay Flores $100K per loss in 2019 and got mad when Flores started to win

Things like this is why I pretty much left the NFL 3-4 years ago. Got back into it this year with the playoffs and pulling for my 49ers but it is just not the same anymore

No one with a functioning brain. I tried telling people last year, if Minkah Fitzpatrick doesn’t want to play for you there is a problem…

People like Flores do not want equality of opportunity and development...they want power and are actually the true haters.
You're absolutely right about Tua...his faith in Jesus Christ is his foundation and strength.

There are people behind Flores and his suit. Flores name is just on the paper.

Well considering that Bill Belichick "accidentally" congratulated Flores for getting the job then said he "accidentally" texted him instead of Brian Daboll who got the job...BEFORE Flores even interviewed...
He essentially was just interviewed to check the box next to an affirmative action policy created by the NFL and was not a serious candidate for the job.
I don't know if his suit will be successful but it is not without merit altogether. It is probably going to end his pro football coaching career though. Already seen how the NFL will blackball folks like with Kaepnerick getting passed over for 40+ year old stiffs with noodle arms when teams needed a QB mid-season.

Capernick was a cancer and misused his position as a player. He should have been sued for impersonating a qb...or taken behind the woodshed.

Chad, you nailed it...and yes, many of the type like Flores want to do exactly as suggested.

Who is the entity forcing that affirmative action? When you make people interview someone they aren't all that interested in, they are gonna half-arse that interview

Flores basically did what every other Patriots assistant who has gotten a HC job has done. He tried to come in and establish that it's my way or the highway like Belichick, but didn't have anywhere close to the track record of success to convince the players that his way is what is best for their careers. It works for Belichick because he has been so successful for so long that most players who go to New England are going to have some level of trust in him immediately. That's not the case for a guy like Flores. He's got to work to earn that trust, but apparently thought he was too good for that.

The NFL...so the ownership interests of each of the constituent teams that make up the NFL.
I tend to think Flores will very likely lose his suit if for no other reason than the NFL has monetary power to overwhelm his representation with pedantry and other stalling schemes. It could violate federal equal opportunity laws though.
I'm not a legal expert but I think folks are being biased by their own political outlook if they think his case has no merit. Not a surprise people tend to think with their heart or genitals instead of their brain.

He had two winning seasons in his final two seasons as head coach after going 5-11 in year one. His team finished above .500 despite losing their quarterback for a large chunk of the season and being so poorly GM'd that they have hardly any skill guys worth a damn besides Waddle and no OL.
