Every year that passes Atlanta becomes less of a transient city. It’s now the 7th biggest city/market in the United States. The Hawks are starting to win again and attendance is rising again.

In what way has it become less of a transient city? I lived there from 2011-2014 and haven't really noticed anything discernably different since then
