Hawks games weren't a hot ticket in Atlanta even when the Hawks made the playoffs 10 straight years, maybe for the playoff games and games against Kobe/Lebron but not for most of the games. I went to a Grizz/Hawks game when both teams were solidly playoff teams several years back...paid about 20 bucks for great seats at mid-court in the lower level and the arena might have been half full

Every year that passes Atlanta becomes less of a transient city. It’s now the 7th biggest city/market in the United States. The Hawks are starting to win again and attendance is rising again.
