It's MUCH better. Symbiotic for all involved- the players, the companies, the charities, and those in need that they help. Win/win/win. We may not have the best recruiting territory, but, we border ALL the talent and we have more billionaires than most schools.

Arkansas historically has never had to depend on Arkansas talent as it isn't enough but are surrounded by much larger states with more division one talent. It is very competitive in those states but NIL gives Arkansas an opportunity to get players to Fayetteville where they never considered a visit in the past. A lot of recruits were shocked at how nice the area was in the past when they visited.
