Honestly, arguing is just for entertainment value as both teams were great.

But a top 10 QB and two top ten WRs in the NFL on the same college offense is crazy.

If CEH had panned out, wouldn't really be an argument.

But Najee looks a good bit better and Robinson still could be a thing.

The Bama 2020 offense has certainly held up well too in the League.

The biggest question of all will always be how 2018 Bama not only lost the NCG, but also was given Saban's worst defeat in his Bama tenure.

QB: 1. Tua 2. Jalen 3. Mac: 2 first round, 1 second round
WR: 1. Jeudy 2. Ruggs 3. Waddle 4. Smith: 4 first round picks
RB: 1. D. Harris 2. Jacobs 3. N. Harris: 2 first round, 1 third round
TE: Irv

Insane.

Also better than the 2015 Bama squad, because Henry looked damn good.

Dirty little secret: Bama 2019 was better than Bama 2020. The 2020 team just never had to face the challenges of the 2019 version.

Why are you looking at skill position only?

Most important part of teams are the trenches

If our top 2 receivers got injured we still had Marshall and would’ve won.

Is it though? You clearly didn’t watch the Bengals win today.

You can scheme around it if your WRs can beat coverage early. Was listening to the College Football Nerds and one said maybe the most important thing to have in today's game is three WRs you can't cover. He was pushing back on the importance of QB. I don't agree, but I understand why he said it.

FWIW, three of LSU’s offensive linemen from that team are NFL starters and a fourth just graduated.

If the Titans line sealed the defensive edge on that two point conversion you’d be blaming the Bengals for not protecting Home Alone.

Not really.

The Bengals would’ve won by 1.

Doubtful as the Bengals were set up for a chance to win the game (which they took advantage of) by an intercepted Tannehill pass on 3rd & 5 with less than a minute to play. If the score had been 17-16 or 18-16 instead of 16-16, the Titans wouldn't have thrown a single pass on that drive.

This is like arguing that 2001 Miami is the greatest team in college football history based on what their players later did in the NFL. It's not what the players did after the fact, it's what they did in the season we are judging them for. LSU fans can argue until they are blue in the face, but that Alabama team had comparable offensive stats to the 2019 LSU squad. The 2020 Alabama defense was better than the 2019 LSU defense - especially by the end of the year. That doesn't mean that 2020 Alabama was better, it just means that they are within the same conversation.

I'll give you more talented, but defintely not better. Not even close. LSU 2019 and Bama 2020 are the two best teams I've ever seen in person. Who's better depends on what team you're a fan of.

Best offense I’ve ever seen. Scored on 9 out of 11 possessions against OU in the playoffs with the 11th possession being a mercy knee.
