He had a great year, and deserved it. Congratulations to him. I'm sure LSU fans are proud of him.

I felt like Parsons was a better rookie but Chase proved he was a beast. Two of the best young WRs in the league are Jefferson and Chase. Makes sense how that time was so good on offense in 2019.
