You’ve won 1 title in 40 years. Now you’re projecting 3 in 9? I’m not saying y’all won’t win another, I’m saying he should enjoy the frick out of this one and slow his roll predicting that they will win 33% of the NC’a going forward.

Again, I'm a fan of my team. I'd love to see us win ALL the games, but that's not a realistic expectation. Since Kirby's arrival in Athens, we've reached the CFP championship twice in 5 years. That's twice in 6 years as a first-time HC. Yes, we absolutely need more data, but that's why we play the games.

It's absolutely not impossible to believe that in the rest of this decade that UGA could make the CFP another 4+ times. I get it that you probably don't follow Georgia football as much as one of us does. Even an objective observer would understand that if Nick Saban's Alabama dynasty is on one side of the NC-winning program continuum, and Ed O is on the other, Kirby is MUCH closer to the Saban end. Those are facts, and I'm more than happy to wait for the results to prove the position.

They're just riding that high. It's been a very long time for them so I hope they enjoy it.

I can't/shouldn't speak for him, but he said 2-3, not 3. Is it so unreasonable to say we might win 2 in the next 9 years?

Yes, it's been 42 since the last one, but LSU went 45 in between and then in the next 9 years won 2.....so, is it really wild and impossible that we could do as well?
