Tell me, because I've apparently been a backwoods a-hole my entire life as well, why do people need to be given food and drinks while they are at a polling station? You're there to vote, not eat. How is banning political organizations from giving out free food and drinks infringing on one's right to vote?

Stop being silly. We have one political party that we all know pushes lies and distortions. If Blacks can vote freely in the deep south which they can. Where are these voting rights being infringed upon? In Democratic controlled urban cities? If it exists I bet it's there and it's Democrats discriminating against Blacks because Blacks are seen by them as props and useful idiots.
