Regardless, until the NCAA publishes something that finalizes the allegations against Pruitt there is nary a reputable power 5 school that will hire him as an on-field assistant.

I would assume that the schools have some sort of compliance process that would involve asking the NCAA about ongoing investigations related to the prospective hire. They aren't just taking Knoxville's word for it.
