No need to jump the gun and create any over zealous legislation. Lets let things play out for a few years to see how things workout then proceed slowly from there.

Of course! Let Aggie leave their middle tier permanently, first and then put restrictions on it!

Waiting isn't an option. As is it will destroy public interest at all the mid range and smaller fan bases...you need teams to play against.
Also, right now it's basically pay for play at the Texas schools. That wasn't the original intent and is clearly a workaround/loophole.

You’re not wrong. Give it three 8-4 season’s from a 70+ million dollar roster and NIL will have a big correction on its own.

Agreed, when those dude show up in College Station and see what they have to do to earn that NIL money they will be in the portal before you can fill a jizz jar and they will spread the word to future recruits on the gheyness of Aggy

Anybody consider the possibility that Jimbo's ex-wife might be the driving force behind this class? She sure did recruit her share of studs at his last stop.

Lots of communist agitation in this thread. Hate to see a kid make a honest buck.

Having to blow fake soldiers for $50 a pop really isn’t making a honest buck in most folks eyes
