What kind of caveats do these NIL deals entail?

On the surface, it seems like there's alot of potential for players to become unmotivated cancers in the locker room. Do these deals come with strict guidelines that need to be abided by, or else there's no payout? I mean, if I got paid gobs of cash as a college freshman, admittedly I might lose focus of the bigger picture if that money was free and clear. This is all still too new for me, so I'm clearly not following all of this with the same knowledge the rest of y'all seem to have...

I don't think anyone knows. I'm assuming since they are AD deals essentially, there will be "brand harm" clauses that will let companies get out of them for a variety of reasons.

Lots of importing and exporting. I think they use architects to structure them. That’s all you need to know.

I'm also wondering that, depending on what kind of deals and/or upfront money they get, if in the future we start seeing many players tangled in lawsuits for being unable to pay back money owed for not fulfilling their terms of the deal? Can't imagine that there isn't any fine print involved when slinging that kind of money out in the open. Again, still trying to figure this all out, lol...
