I’m beginning to think I’m glad we didn’t hire Grimes as OC

Yes, I wanted him for his Oline recruiting. But if you can’t score on Ole Miss’s bad defense, sheesh!

Talent at OM is greater then talent at Baylor. Talent at AU is greater then talent at OM.

Yes I would take Armando just about over anyone out there now. He’s young great coach.

Would’ve liked Aranda, but let’s see what Harsin can do next year before calling for his head ok?

Armando was a Narco, died on the surgery table in Mexico City receiving a plastics procedure to hide his identity... jville, agreed... He has at least another full year

Terrible play call. You’re driving running the football, and you pull a Bobo with a struggling QB. Interception, no points.

That was a good goal line play though.

I bet you had that same opinion after his 2-7 season last year? Pretty weird how so many of these guys don't just blow the doors off in year one at a new job...

Have to also remember he went out and got a top OC as well from BYU. We hired a guy that has never been an OC.

Another fun one: offensive dynamo Lane Kiffin scores 7 points with a backup QB and wonky blocking from the OL. Where have I seen that before hahah?

Yeah, he's a defensive HC. Ours isn't. What comparison are you trying to make?

Maybe if we were in the Big 12 LOL.

The point still stands. He inherited a team that went 11-3 the year prior to him getting there and he went 2-7 in year one. Given the reactions to Bryan Harsin's first year, don't sit there and pretend like you would have been happy with that result here. But noooow you're all sure he's amazing LOL.

Anyone that knows anything about football knows Aranda is one of those type of coaches that will win anywhere. Is Auburn the place to get on the job training absolutely not so good for him to go get experience. But whenever our next hire is made whether that be 2 years or 20 we need to flex our muscles and get it right.

Auburn has never flexed their muscles when hiring someone. I’m with you though. They should always be going for the best out there.
