Just STFU. There was a decade between Thomas and Bryant, 25 years between Bryant and Saban. The school name may have helped hire Saban, but the name didn't do much between 1982 and 2008, or between 1946 to 1958 either.

God has not passed h[s hand over Alabama football. No, it was good hires by men, and unwavering support by other men, during a time other schools had yet to understand the value of a championship football team. When the school suddenly decided for a short period of time that football was too important, we ended up with Bill Curry... a hire eerily similar to many at other schools.

I was in Tuscaloosa at the end of Coach Bryant's tenure and listen to that shite, thought it ignorant and entitled then. That is what it sounds like now.
