There is one town in Georgia that the arsonist war criminal Sherman didn't burn that is crammed full of these type houses. Beautiful homes there. Can't remember the name of the town. Selma also has some of these type homes. I love the Greek Revival style plantation homes. They are scattered all over Tennessee and Virginia.

Are you thinking about Madison? It is east of Atlanta just north of I-20 on US-441. Not super far south of Athens.
