Anyone know?
I always thought he gave off very good and positive vibes watching his locker room speeches and interviews. Seems like a hell of a salesman and a very good man.

Well I think his players bought in this year and got better as the season went on

He was...he isn't now. These failed coaches don't often work out aside from Saban and the NFL roster he gives them to work with each year.

If our defense plays as well as it did towards the end of the season, our defensive recruiting will be less reliant on his personality and ability to sell the program. We had average (maybe?) talent back there playing some of the best defense in college football.

Mason is really good and outside of not finishing in a couple of games…the defense saved us as our offense was mostly hot garbage.
