If I was a super-billionaire, I would use my entire wealth and relocate the city of Auburn to Ga. Fortunately, Auburn is growing rapidly and located somewhat near the Atlanta metro area which will be a future strategic advantage in the coming decades while Tuscaloser will remain an obscure college town.

I got out of that state as soon as I graduated. I’m certain that’s not a concept with which you can relate.
