This is the best overall program in the state.
Thompson has been better the last few years but overall they are the best program.
Hoover has 9 more state titles.

Does Niblett take a college job?

Hoover will have 100's wanting this job.

Sounds like a high school job in Georgia.

Their tweet says something about him going to Georgia, but IDK what that means.

Another high school program in that state? A university?

Its a game that coaches play. You earn retirement in one state and go to another state and get vested and pull down two pensions.

I don't know what it is in Alabama, but it takes 8 years in Mississippi. Georgia must be attractive because a lot of coaches go to Georgia.

ETA: Just saw that its 10 years in Georgia.

So work 10 years in Alabama, 10 years in Georgia and 8 years in Mississippi and you have a great retirement at 50 years old.

Why do Hoover's best coaches eventually leave for Georgia?

I know you're joking about Propst, but Niblett's OC (Jason Kervin) also left last year to become the head coach at Alpharetta.

High school in Georgia is a big deal. A huge deal. I think bigger than in Texas.

Propst caught with his pants down and a few other things. So he resigned before fired.

I think it's like 10 years. I remember this being a thing talked about with Kevin Steele going to Auburn.

Good, maybe Hoover will only beat my beloved Tuscaloosa County Wildcats by 3 touchdowns instead of the normal 5 touchdowns. Go Cats!
