Not sure why Odom would leave when he has full autonomy at Arkansas, and we can match OU's pay. He turned down LSU last year so not sure why he'd go to OU now.

Where I wasn't worried about LSU.
I could see Barry leaving to go to Oklahoma to coach with his brother especially since they are from Oklahoma.

I am not sure it would be a tremendous boon to his career though. At Arkansas you can say you are coaching against some of the best teams in the country. At Oklahoma you can boast about playing Kansas.
If he does leave I trust Pittman to have other DCs he is looking at.

People aren’t realizing how different the style of defense Venables likes to run compared to Odom.
Totally different styles. They wouldn’t work together.
