Has done some shite as the AD of Baylor.

NC in basketball and now a Big XII championship.

I don’t recall what led to him leaving in 2016 but it worked out for him.

Mack Rhoades hired Beiser and Odom.

That may show that the issues at our school are above the level of athletic director.

At Baylor, he hired Rhule and Aranda.

Unfortunately, as much as I despise Rhoades....I'm starting to be pretty confident this is the case.

Even Cuonzo freakin' Martin has had much better success at all three previous stops than Mizzou.

Mizzou is the common theme of sucktitude. fricking pathetic.

Rhodes had Rhule hired to come to Mizzou. Philadelphia is a really good sports media town and they ALL had Rhule going to Mizzou.

Then the Baylor job opened up and the Rhule momentum stopped. Then Rhoades hires Rhule at Baylor. He sandbagged us. It was a shrewd move. He knew that with the rape scandal, he needed a top notch coach to turn the program quickly.

Their Basketball program was terrible, and their current coach was about to be fired after 3 years of bad basketball. Baylor could not find a new candidate that moved the needle, so the coach got a 4th year. Then things changed, no one saw it coming, the same guy they wanted to fire is the guy who brought home a Natty.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky. And it appears Rhodes has a horseshoe or 4 leaf clover embedded in his arse.

Except Rhoades went and hired Aranda.

One hire can be chalked up to luck.
Two gets more difficult.

Having three bad hires in a row for basketball seems to suggest there’s more afoot.

Hiring Beiser over Vitello was inexcusable.

Odom was a bad hire. And until the last moment, our most recent football coaching search was a dumpster fire.
