In my opinion Bruce's half court offense has been stagnant for years, even when he had Bryce and Jared. He was just able to get away with it because we outran so many with the small lineup. There has not been a lot of movement in the half-court offense and the ball sticks in the guards hands for too long. I've never wanted the offense to run through Jabari I just wanted the ball to move more so we could get the best shot possible on every possession.

It’s a flex cut offense and late clock ball screen offense. It’s not a ball movement, motion offense. Different philosophy. Bruce wants to take the first good look you get. Motion offense wants you to move the ball until you get a great look. Bruce’s system is great when you have shot makers but we only had 1 or 2.
