Even if he doesn't sign an "amazing" class in the few weeks he'll have, we'll be ok. As long as he can bring some giant midwestern lineman, the school can pul a lot of other positions off of name alone from in state.

On Jimbo at #16 on Rivals 1st year. That was an immense save you fools and just proving my point!!
He didn't come into the program with a #16 ranking. Sumlin had royally screwed that up. He inherited a #35 ranked team under Sumlin with glaring holes everywhere including no QB in the class at the time.
Jimbo took that weak arse class to #16. He was hired on Dec 4th. So similar timeline as Kelly.
Another point for LSU fans to consider and why this is a long road ahead, Sumlin hadn't signed a QB in 2018 before his departure. This really screwed us 4 years later. Jimbo didn't get HIS QB until 2019 with Haynes King.
Just facts used in an intelligent manner.
