How’d you guys pick your NFL team?
All regionally? I picked a really bad as a team as a teenager because there was a player I really liked watching on that team and they’ve been mostly pretty bad ever since

I picked Carolina because of Stephen Davis the season before the Super Bowl run.
Grew up watching Dehlomme, Muhsin, Steve Smith, Proehl, Brad Hoover, He hate me, etc

I grew up in S. Alabama so I was a Saints fan growing up (closest pro team to where I lived) but have lived in Atlanta for a long time so now I have the curse of dying as a miserable Falcons fan with no championships to show for it.

although I have been an Auburn Tiger since birth (due to family connections) I was born and raised in South Louisiana - I never fancied the team in Baton Rouge - but grew up a Saints fan and now have season tickets

Been a Saints fan my whole life. Grew up in Mobile and had a Grandma in Biloxi.
On Sundays after the games she would listen to ole Buddy D on 870AM WWL and then call me to talk about Dem Bums.
She listened or watched just about every game on a crappy radio or TV.
Wife and I have Season tickets now. I have actually had them since 2009 (Super Bowl Year), so I got to go to the NFC Championship Game vs Vikings.
True Story when I was at Auburn. Probably 1991 or 92 is when Directv came out with Sunday ticket and they were selling hardware in Walmart so they would get the games.
I would ride up to Walmart on Sunday and get food from the McDonalds in front and then go back to electronics and sit on the floor watching the games.
Later when they were not showing them I could pull into a certain spot behind the old Drake Med Center on Mag and pick up 99.9 out of Mobile on the faintest signal.
Finished a few 4th quarters there.

In high school I chose to be a chargers fan because of LaDainuan Tomlinson. I have zero connection to California or the Chargers otherwise
