Will SEC be an InternarionalLeague?

Potential expansion candidates:
1. Oxford: No language barrier, would allow us to get into soccer and rugby, brings London market, great academics
2. The Sorbonne: brings the French market, great academics
3. Trinity College in Dublin: since Notre Dame will not join this bring an authentic Irish flavor to our league
This would strengthen the leagues golf programs.
