99 nails it!

I really feel like I should add this to my post on page 1. I didn't just accidentally get better. It takes work, but the #1 solution to 99% of these problems is Helping Others or in other words, getting outside yourself. This can be done in a 12 step program or in my case, I stepped away from my business and volunteered at a non profit for 2 years. It is a rehab for men with addiction issues (mostly Meth in North Georgia) and men coming out of prison without families to parole to. They have to serve their time if they don't have an approved address.

What this meant to me I can't put in words. But in short; I have very little to complain about. Some of these guys came from environments most of us wouldn't believe. I am not saying that counseling and medication aren't necessary, they are. But ultimately the problem is a ME problem that will only be fixed by helping YOU.
