The whole thing with the husband sharing this all over social media seems weird to me. If your wife has social anxiety, ptsd, panic attacks ect.. why would you and her be blasting this on facebook? They seem like they're working an angle here

I could see this happening. Some people don't like others messing with their service dogs since they are "on duty." Would explain why the players were upset when they probably felt like "kissy" noises weren't a big deal.
This story is a little too ridiculous for some random facebook page to be the breaking news and not students tweeting about how football players made a person cry.
ETA: You don't mess with service dogs and there is no excuse for rude behavior regardless of what the woman said about the dog. The players were in the wrong. The story just seems to have some plot holes

Some of the pics on his fb page are hilarious. I'm not gonna post out of not wanting to make fun of someone who doesn't post here. That being said, I didn't know grown men actually did this. I remember it in the Role Models movie, but thought it was just part of the script.

You would think that someone would have gotten some word from teh victim involved.
Based on who has been pushing this story, I am starting to think the husband/sister are trying to "stand up" for the victim. I wouldn't be shocked if the victim wants to forget and they are demanding a better apology.

Not even taking my AU fandom into account, the woman sounds like an insufferable count.
I would not have called her a bitch to her face in public, but I would have been defensive and pissed.
My point of view is coming from having a brother in law who is a veteran with PTSD who has been trying for a year to get into a program to get one of these therapy dogs. Their purpose is to help them cope in public/ social situations and make it easier to talk to people.
Anyway, I'm sure her PTSD caused her to act out, I've seen situations like this play out. But the was she has been acting after the fact is what leads me to believe she's just a count and likely relishes the victim role.

I am holding off judgment since the woman doesn't seem to be the one pushing this hard. She may have had pent up frustration and taking it out on the players who responded poorly (understandable)
Additionally, when most people freak out they don't realize just how bad their freakout is. She legit may believe she was just being authoritative instead of rude.
When she starts pushing this story hard and doing interviews/reports, that is a red flag.

I don't think this has anything to do with football fandom. You can look at her previous posts on fb and twitter, and tell she's just one of those types that's gonna make her opinions very well known. We'll just call her very outspoken.
