I put a Boston Butt on the Egg last night around 8:30 PM. I figured it'd be done around 10:30 AM, let it rest for a few hours, pull it and eat for the game. That thing cooked fast, I had to foil it at 5AM and take it off at 7. I screwed up the timeline for sure.
