For those that think Harsin was chewing out Bo after a TD pass. Think again ...That was a comment from a former QB with a history of developing and molding Quarterbacks, about something he saw during that or any of the series of plays during the drive.

Those of us who have played the position and depend on what a true Quarterback Coach sees that you may not see .....you experience a lot of those type conversations.

Your seeing the development of a true dependable QB at play.

dont know if I would call it chewing out but more letting Bo know what he saw and Bo missed. Kind of along Saban's line (and I have heard CBH say it to) of "dont do it until you get it right but until you dont mess it up".

Also so that Bo passed his dad in passing yards, pretty good night for him.

Earlier comments were about Bo getting chewed out. Chewed out looks more like Spurrier with visor removed after an interception following a bad read.

Between Hardin and Bobo, Nix looked like a lot work took place in the summer to game one. We’ll see plenty more of those conversations in coming weeks.

Harsin mentioned that conversation during his presser. He said Bo saw the defense (the border safety creeping up, and knew if Hudson got a step on the corner he would have a window before the free safety closed), he jumped his progression and went right to Hudson...the right call and very perceptive.

Wasnt a chewing at all but a "that was a beautiful read and throw" conversation.

One thing I loved seeing was us rotating young guys in with older guys. I hated how we used to just sub in the entire 2nd team in the 4th. Starting in the third we started getting younger guys in, especially in the skilled positions, and letting them get reps with mostly starters. That is how you grow your depth.

Great point, its easier to evaluate individuals when substituting in that manner.
