We won't score offensively.

Being from GA, I get it. But I’d rather get back to beating them 2 out of 3, 4 out of 5, like used to happen instead of 1-2 times every 10 years.

In his Monday-morning press conference, however, Freeze was able to offer some clarity on Alston’s availability moving forward. “Damari will be out for a period of time for sure,” Freeze said. Freeze said Alston dislocated his shoulder against the Aggies and will require further testing to get a clearer picture.

Damn, I'm glad it was his shoulder because the way he was walking off it almost looked like a head problem, but I couldn't see where he could have taken a hit there. It was a text book tackle by the Aggie player and causing a fumble with his helmet. His shoulder makes more sense, but a bummer no matter what.

I haven’t looked at the replay but the announcers said he was hurt after the hit in the melee for the football and got trampled on on the ground.

Probably a little of both.. The hit hurt it, but the fall knocked out of socket.

I think we roll with Thorne for one more week.. at least for the 1st half. I think Holden is who we will eventually turn to, but I don't think UGA is the week to do it. Give Thorne one last chance to get his head right without throwing Holden to the wolves. Our defense is good enough to keep the game close to halftime. If Thorne is still sucking it up then its time to pull him for good and then you can try to use Holden for a spark if you need to.
