The kid changed his mind (or more accurately: had it changed for him). Imagine that. Auburn fans have recently been pushing this hilarious logic that any time something doesn't happen, it means that it apparently wasn't even a possibility at all! It was just a fake rumor all along!
Colby Wooden literally dipped out on mandatory team activities. No one said that he was gone; just that he was seriously considering doing so. Most of the time when players seriously consider leaving, they do in fact leave.
By the way; Tank was absolutely on his way out. He changed his mind after an NIL deal was put in front of him. That doesn't mean that he was never considering leaving. Logic.

Like I said, this might have been because of the potential coaching change. Hoke mentioned that he had started skipping team activities and considering transfer “about a week or so ago.” The timing just fits.

Yeah, metafour jumped all over the false info concerning Arky State among other rumors. He really is the last one to call other idiots. He latched on to some of the shite rumors as a highly emotional teenage girl. He can eat a bag of dicks for all I care.

I don't know what site that is... I'm so disappointed by our beat writers and right now PM is the worst.

247 (Dukes) reported that Wooden was thinking about transferring and that if he entered the portal we’d know soon if he stayed in or withdrew. And he entered the portal and withdrew. They nailed it and On3 had it too.
I’m captain #RumorU. And I’ve continued to say that insiders just struggle to get their finger on details regarding Auburn. Especially as it concerns coaching staffs and the administration side.
However — recruiting and transfer portal information always gets out. It’s almost never wrong because the process involves so many people and there’s so many sources outside of the program on these items

By the way, did anyone ever consider that UCF's AD simply lied? Even if he was considering firing Harsin, why would he interject himself in Auburn's drama in 2022? He doesn't even work at Arky State anymore. Dude probably had his phone blowing up by people asking him about Harsin; the fact that he sent out a two-line Tweet doesn't imply that nothing wrong was going on at Arkansas State. The part about him being "fired" wasn't even the point of the story, it was the direct details of issues with Harsin and the administration.
