Any issues with Patterson getting all of his success with shitty schedules in the Mtn West and then nothing special this year in the Big 12?

Given what happened with him in the past year, I could see Auburn being a destination type job for him. I think he realizes that there will come a point where the big time job offers will stop if he keeps up his old ways. He's going to have to stay put if he ever wants a bigger job than Auburn.

Yes. Petrino is the only coach available that has a proven SEC track record.

I disagree. I think he would have stayed at Arkansas for a long time. He left Louisville because it's a stepping stone program. He left the Falcons because he's more fit for college. Then he fricked up and was fired. I think he will stay for a while. No reason for him not too
