Really think he gets another year, and if so hopefully his future gets decided by football issues. Nothing more, nothing less

Wow that was released yesterday. I wonder if people in the AD are refusing to answer questions during this investigation?

That would be some sketchy shite if that was the cause.

He's going to be fired for cause. They are going to say he violated University policy.

I don't think Bryan Harsin is a good coach we know he's not a good recruiter. This is just a bad situation that's completely untenable.

Wow.

Makes perfect sense now why all the media was up in arms about Harsin not being vaccinated.

The people that want him out thought they could get him on the vaccination mandate(s) but things changed on that front with the courts, etc. but since he or his coaches aren’t “cooperating” with whatever “investigation” we
Now get this document from yesterday.

Just wow. Pure pettiness by Auburn it seems. They just don’t wanna pay just as Tennessee didn’t.

Very bad look

Sounds like this is meant for either Harsin or some of the Boise St crew or both. . Honestly I know some people will have an issue with this, but I have no problem with any coach being forced to interview if they are being investigated. They can bring a lawyer if they want to and refuse to answer, but refusing to comply period is suspect to me.

Yeah that policy wouldn’t hold up in court since it leaves the impression it was created for him. Can’t retroactively create a policy and then use it as a basis to fire him.

Seems like they might be using it to get rid of all the Boise guys. Don't see it working, but seems like it should go without saying that you have to cooperate if you're being investigated by your employer. Wish it was this hard to be fired in the real world LOL

Looks like behind the scenes we are getting tired of his shite. New Auburn policy that employees MUST cooperate with an investigation or they can be fired. Went into affect yesterday lol. Harsin hasn't been cooperating, so this is our out now.

I'm surprised this policy language wasn't already somewhere

Can you legally apply this to a contract signed before it?

I imagine the “cause” is for something that they’re not getting cooperation on in their investigation.

They obviously don’t have grounds to fire him based on a policy created yesterday.
