I told my mom about that tweet and she said, "You might want to check out his Facebook page."
She's not very happy right now

It's still speculation. However, if he is the coach they have preselected, it's important to use the rest of this time to desensitize the shock of the hire through media leaks.

Then we'll all be ready and prepared, with emotions in check, when he takes the job
at Cal.
at Cal.

My stance on BP has lowered from 100% hell no, to 75% hell no, to now 69% percent hell no (heh).

Maybe he needs or we need a second chance at him. Maybe he is destined to be at AU. He hasn't gone anywhere else since then.

other than that last part you just described bobby.
Although TCU isn't the same job it was when we passed on him.

I went from 100% hell no to 0% hell no after being in Bryant-Denney Stadium for the entirety of the Iron Bowl.

Id like Luper to stay
Frick that. Our RB depth is garbage is right, that is directly his fault as the recruiting coordinator. Plus the fumbling problems of Mason and Blakely prove that Luper is not that good of a coach. Fumbles can be corrected by a good coach.

@ScottR334 Who is this and why should I believe him?
The assclown that ran AuburnEmoticon. People here seem to think he knows things. He did know some stuff. But he was wrong as much as he was right. Thing was, you were not allowed to talk about it when he was wrong, so people would forget. Do you know about the story (lie) he made up about Dyer not liking Seastrunk as the reason he went to Oregon?

Wasn't his story. Mayor posted that

Coupled with the Lache Seastrunk video from the NC, you can't help but wonder how much of that was true...

AUC update as of 5:08
lorida State head coach Jimbo Fisher remains a very viable candidate in Auburn's search. It would be a mistake to read much into his comments on Monday.
* It is reasonable to expect that Bobby Petrino will get an interview, though it hasn't yet been set up and we have not been able to confirm details.
* There are some indications that Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart has slipped down the list, though he certainly should not be eliminated as a possibility. He still has the enthusiastic support of former coach Pat Dye.
* Don't sleep on Arkansas State coach Gus Malzahn, either. He remains a strong candidate.
* As of today, no one has been interviewed.
