Random poster on the Bunker who is acting like he knows what he's talking about:

Petrino announcement on Saturday, hours if not minutes before the SECCG
BVG stays as DC, TT stays as recruiting coordinator

That is true. I wouldnt mind those being retained. Id like Luper to stay. I remember a while back though TTowels ranting on Luper and Trooper though. I never had a problem with any of them.

Danny Sheridan ?@DannySheridan1
early odds on the next Auburn Coach:
Bobby Petrino 1:1;
Jimbo Fisher 7:5;
Gus Malzahn 3:1

(the above stolen from coaching changes board)

should have placed a bet when the odds were "no chance in hell"

Actually all I was told was for sure is Troop. When I asked about BVG I got a shrug.

New coach shouldn't have to keep anybody he doesn't want. Period.

This athletic department needs to learn the definition of "total control."

It was his decision. These conversations did not just start on Sunday.

So you're saying Petrino has already agreed to a deal and will definitely be our next HC?

Don't worry about the trolls. I like the info, even if it's not true. Gives us something to talk about.

It's not anything against you. I'm just not going to believe any poster on a message when it comes to coaching searches.

Exactly what I tried to imply. It wasn't a troll like AUCE05 stated.. it's something that is necessary to keep in mind when reading a messageboard.

I appreciate the info brought to the table 100%.
