TRob will probably have to take a step back before getting another DC job this early in his career, hasn't proven enough as a DC to become a retread and jump from job to job in a major conference like some of these guys, like the Steeles of the world

I don't think 21 year old Ryan Pugh thought that his Halloween costume would cost him a job 11 years later.

I agree that it looks pretty innocent...especially for the era. But this is Baylor we’re talking about. It’s way too sensitive imo, but it doesn’t surprise me that they’ve gone ultra conservative since the Briles regime. I still think it’s wrong and I hope Pugh lands on his feet.

Agreed. It really sucks that's where we are now, but it's just the way it is. Since this happened in 2011 before a lot of this PC stuff took over life, I will give Pugh benefit of the doubt for being simply ignorant of the ramifications.
I hate it for him. It's not fair, but it's where we're at.
