after one or two beers? Did you miss the part where his BAC level could have been below legal limits but because he is under 21 its .02,

Now if he was black out drunk, twice the legal limit type DUI, then the story is a little different.

To me it's more a personal affront when you put other people in danger. The law says otherwise. Either way are we not paying him enough to get an uber. I'm in no place to judge, glad nobody got hurt and hope he learns his lesson. I trust Bruce will provide a just punishment and handle the situation appropriately.

So you we're there or?

And if he had 2 beers and got behind the wheel... selfish as frick. He gets paid over a million dollars a year. He can afford a $20-30 dollar Uber.

I don't think he's a terrible person or anything, but he made a dumb and selfish choice. Drinking and driving is one of the most selfish things someone can do.

the hypocrisy is just too much for me to get upset over this.

If you havent EVER driven after having a few beers, cast those stones.

It’s easier to get a DUI in Auburn than it is to get laid. Cops are everywhere.

But seriously, this is obviously a case where he had a very small amount but because he was underage, he broke the law and should be punished justly for it.

I dont know what you expect to see in a picture but pictures do not reveal inebriation. He got pulled over and busted is what we know.

It's a risk many take. Some never get pulled over probably because they are not driving erratically in suspicious hours (not when skybar closes). Some get caught based on suspicion surrounding a risk-off time of night and surveillance of erratic behavior. Those are just dumb mistakes.

"Kids make mistakes" is a stupid justification. That can be a fatal mistake.

It can be dumb and a big deal and forgivable all at the same time. I agree it's not something to just be brushed aside as kids will be kids but assuming he understands the seriousness of it and learns and grows from it hopefully he can back on it as a part of his growth and maturity as a man.

As long as he was drinking responsibly, i dont see an issue with it. You can die for your country at 18, but you cant celebrate with a beer

I haven't seen results of his BAC released.

But you feel comfortable enough to make accusations that this is worse than a potential felony case with barber? How’s that knee doing from all those knee jerk reactions that have to be happening.

There are signs all over Alabama saying "buzzed driving is drunk driving."

I'm not saying he blew a .02 but if he was close to that, he wasn't buzzed. We don't know.
