Broome is a great player. I hope he becomes a great perimeter shooter and wins multiple NBA championships and MVPs.

Maybe because you lumped his perimeter shooting with Dylan fricking Caldwell. His 36% last year with volume was closer to Jabari than Caldwell.

Broome is an assassin from three and Dan Hurley will build his defense around running Broome off the 3 point line. But Broome is such a great shooter that he should launch from the logo every possession.

Also you can make the point that someone's three point shot is adequate enough to be a threat, but also not make said player camp out beyond the arc. Just makes basketball sense. Broome has a green light (to a certain extent) on the three point line. You've got to make defenses sweat it. Doesn't mean he needs to shoot 10 every night.

Last year Broome shot the three 8 more times than Donaldson and did well. The three is in his arsenal and that forces defenses to respect it.
He isn't like Horace Spencer or Kessler (which came to Auburn, just so he could shoot the three)
Broome can literally make them in the dark.
