Jang- got the 2 AFTCO hoodies, one samurai and Jason Christie Hooded LS.

I like them both, but unfortunately, they seem to be unlucky. Wore the JC on Wednesday and only caught one stinking striper, wore the samurai yesterday and caught 4 bass.

Guess I need to wash them with my PFG gear to try to get some good juju on them, because 5 fish in 2 days is terrible.

Maybe I need some spotsticker baits!

Why are you opting for the hoodie over just a long sleeve shirt? You looking for sun protection up top? I dont like them myself. I love a hoodie in the cold but when I am hot, I do not like anything around my neck. I am hardass and usually just wear a short sleeve shirt, plenty of sunscreen and a old man Huk hat to keep the sun off my face and neck.

I dont really even like the lightweight long sleeve performance shirts. Just a personal preference.

Im going to be working on the boat in front of my house all day today. It is going to be Hot AF. Probably keep the hose in the boat and cool off with it as needed

I have found in the many times that I suck at life that I'm often not holding my mouth right. Are you holding your mouth right when you are casting your line? I am glad you are liking those hoodies. I have thought abought buying me some hoodies for athletic purposes.

And Lanier, I've seen your picture before. You are tall and skinny and the shirts that I suggested would be perfect for you. Feel the lightweight silky goodness on those poor UV ray damaged arms. Sometimes people ask me "am i not hot" but in reality I'm no more miserable than I'd be with a sleeveless on. I'm a fricking rednek too. I mow shirtless.

I had a melanoma removed last year and have had basal cell carcinomas removed too.

Relatively fair skinned kid, grew up working on the beach, fishing, and playing sports before the days of sunscreen. Paying for it now. I usually do the the long sleeve PFG, with a hat and a gator, but I didn't mind the hoodie. Also, after 10 hrs in the June sun, zero sunburn.

Did find a shady spot with the Mrs for a little afternoon skinny dip.

I like the long sleeve Columbia PFGs. I also carry sunblock everywhere but that’s baked in from living in Colorado for a while.

Also not a fan of fabric around my neck. Only realized this with skiing

Hate to hear that. As much as I have
spent in the sun in my life, I'm surprised that I have had nothing. I'm doing a dermatologist about twice a year and so far so good. Not bad for someone who spent their entire life outside including 5000 guide trips in the sun. I wear my sunscreen though. When my daughter was alive, she said sunscreen was my smell. Always smelled like sunscreen even after a shower. LOL

Now this is something I am a big fan of. Life is short.

There was a time. Now Im tall and a fat boy unfortunately.

I hate the long sleeve shirts in the heat and I hate anything around my neck when I'm hot. I just keep on the sunscreen and keep it going all day. It'll have to do for now because I'm just not comfortable being completely covered up

Eating a Sloppy Joe in honor of Rocky, it’s damn good.

Neighbors already fricking firing up the fireworks. Couldn’t they wait two days? No wonder why this country has gone to shite, no one wants to wait anymore, and this is coming from an impatient bitch

Edit: I like the new members. They fit in well - but I’m waiting until football season… .

Beautiful boat. Impressed with your ability to transition from redneck fishing to real fishing.
