Too early in the off season. That’s more of a late July thing when it’s 100 degrees, 100% humidity and everyone hates everything

Ft Lauderdale was fun. 3 day music festival was a lot for this old man but I hung in there and rocked it as hard as I could. Took a few days to recover but Id do it again in a second.
Even though I was not a fan of the music, there was lots to do and look at. There are a lot of huge yachts in Ft Lauderdale. LOL

I saw some 200-300 foot yachts last weekend. We are talking 200-300 million dollars each. It was insane. There were 3 cruise ships in the harbor. One was the Oasis of the sea which is top 3 biggest on the planet and there were yachts half the size of that damn thing.
Mo money, mo money , mo money. We did get a 50 pound golden amberjack on a 4 hours fishing trip.

Last one looks a like postcard.
Lots of money and water for 200-300' boats. I'm cook and 1st mate (buddy w/ not owner) on a sailboat at the Wharf (Orange Beach) and I like to remember it's all disposable money. One of the biggest I've seen was the bedroom for some guy to come back to after marlin fishing (in another boat). Had a 3 man and a gal crew who just kept it at the right spot for months at a time.

Awe, some of those boats were disgutingly big. Im talking HUGE>. Amazing. I bet some of them had 5-10 man crew to keep them going. I got drunk on Saturday and either lost my phone, got it stolen or traded it for a titos drink so I could not take any pictures on Sunday morning when we went fishing.
Damn crazy weekend. I have always wanted to see Kenny Chesney on the beach and he absolutley killed it. That coming from a baw who is not a country music guy
