People are dumb. Why would we fire the guy after one year? Even moreso, why would we allow the same people in charge to make the next hire?

I really feel the new pres coming in will tie ADAG to Harsin success/failure.

I agree... I think the new pres will make the change and hire if things don't drastically change for the better.

It a would be dumb to fire Harsin. He needs help on relating to boosters amd admins, yes. But it would JABA to fire a dude after one year.

If the firing is well calculated after due diligence is done then the dark ages were coming regardless and the quick dismissal would only be necessary measures to hasten the process.

A report by someone from the senior bowl is that Davis was unfit and would’ve eventually been forced to resign.

It makes you wonder about that vetting process.

Harsin’s a clown.

New president and AD letting a coach they didn't hire go after 2 seasons wouldn't look nearly as bad as Harsin getting popped now

If this goes down, I'm not sure it's "JABA". I don't know what you can do in this scenario because the guy seems unfixable, and his "plan" doesn't seem like something that is going to work out if you just let him ride it out. He doesn't seem interested in learning or changing, so at this point it's like burning your program down to the ground if you keep him unless he starts learning real quick.

He doesn't seem to understand what the job entails. Apparently the grunt-work employees in the AD are basically all miserable.
