Jerome seagear averaged close to 8pts and 3ast last year and would help replace frankie sullivan, does anyone know if he would be eligible this year

I imagine that Rutgers and the NCAA will wave any transfer penalties due to the circumstances.

I would think they get to transfer and be eligible right away due to what their asshat coach put them through.
