I don't think Dyer was arrested in Ark. I know he got pulled over and the cop decided to stage an intervention and eventually got fired, but I think Dyer was basically let go.

I've been all for suspending players when they get popped for doing dumb shite, but I find myself having a hard time thinking Bray should have been suspended for this. Just think there was another punishment that was more fitting.

To a certain extent I agree but with all the crap going around with the program, I think he had to. Probably a one game suspension.
