Actually, the problem exists at every level. The man hours sacrificed for three hours of playing time is outrageous and growing by the season. Until one has prowled those sidelines for years….you realize the effort put forth to keep the kids in bounds. Solve the problem, I’m sure someone has figured out what the payback is.
The numbers and benefits have all been reviewed.

After all It’s not their money! LOL!

Technology is cool and all, but gravity has yet to fail. So why not include a crown?

There is a thing called "over engineering."

I hope they keep grass on the sideline. Seems like it could cause some injuries immediately changing from grass to turf as you’re getting run off the field. Hoping it’s behind the benches.

Thought the same exact thing. Wide receiver flying down the field of wet grass and suddenly gets immediate traction when he steps out of bounds, acl/mcl nightmare. Im certain they have thought of that.

My bet? There are plenty field turf football fields surrounding Auburn. The sales team chosen, took Auburn staff to see the sales models first hand. Talk to the field techs, coaches and players.

Like building a commercial property using new technology. Don’t want to be first in line. If they approached it right …. They got fly on the AU plane too.
